Welcome drink 

At night, our representative will pick you up at the hotel to attend the sound and light show of the Giza Pyramids of Cheops, Khafre and Menkaure. Discover the fascinating history of the ancient Egyptians. It begins with the story of the Sphinx, a guardian who has been guarding the city of the dead for five thousand years. The show also shows the history of the construction of the pyramids and tells the story of famous great figures of Ancient Egypt, such as Thutmosis IV, Akhenaten, Nefertari and Tutankhamen. Back to the hotel. Overnight stay in Cairo.

Day 1: Arrival in Cairo

After breakfast at the hotel, you will travel with your private tour guide to the famous Giza Plateau to begin your journey through Cairo and Luxor by visiting the only remaining wonder of the original Seven Wonders of the Ancient World: the Great Pyramids of Khufu. (named as Cheops by the ancient Greeks). 
On the plateau are the pyramids of Jafra (Kefren) and the small pyramid Menkaura (Micerino). Then, you will continue with your visit to the Sphinx and the Valley Temple, which belongs to the pyramids of Khafre. We will make a stop for a free Camel tour for 15 minutes. 

You will enjoy your lunch during the trip in a good quality restaurant, famous for its delicious Egyptian food. And afterwards, you will head to the Egyptian Museum, where you will explore Tutankhamun's splendid collection as well as many other attractive artifacts. 
 Later, you will continue your journey to the Coptic neighborhood of Cairo to see the Ben Ezra Synagogue and the Hanging Church, as well as Islamic Cairo to visit the Khan el-Khalili Bazaar. In the afternoon, you will return to the hotel and spend the night in Cairo.

Day 2: Tour of the pyramids and Cairo

After breakfast, you will leave the hotel to go to Cairo Airport and fly to Luxor to continue your trip through Cairo and Luxor. Our representative will pick you up at Luxor Airport, and then escort you to your hotel in a private air-conditioned vehicle to register your entry. 
Afterward, you'll head out on a spectacular exploration of the West Bank, beginning your tour by visiting the royal burial ground of 64 pharaohs in the Valley of the Kings (the original resting place of the world-famous boy king Tutankhamun). 
After this, you will move on to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut (the only pharaoh queen) at Deir el-Bahari, built in the 15th century BC, and the two gigantic statues of Memnon. (The government has determined that the three tombs being visited need to be preserved due to the high influx of tourists, therefore their exhibition rotates throughout the year and it is not possible to confirm which tomb will be available prior to the tour.) 
 Lunch will be served during the trip in a good quality restaurant, and later you will return to your hotel in Luxor. You will spend the night in Luxor.

Day 3: Flight to Luxor from Cairo

After breakfast, you will go on a fabulous exploration along the eastern bank of the Nile in Luxor towards the Karnak Temple, the largest ancient religious site in the world. The equestrian-style hall, with its gigantic columns, is one of Egypt's most famous iconic landmarks. There will be free time to explore the different parts of the huge complex built during various reigns of pharaohs. 
Later, you will move to the majestic Temple of Luxor, which was built by Amenhotep III and Ramses II for the celebration of rituals and festivals and was dedicated to the God Amun. In the afternoon, lunch will be offered at a good quality healthy restaurant during the trip. Finally, you will be transferred to the Luxor Airport to go to Cairo, where you will be received and collaborated by a representative of Around Egypt Tours, who will take you from the airport to the hotel. You will spend the night in Cairo.

Day 4: Luxor Tour- Flight to Cairo from Luxor

There are two domestic flights included on this trip. We usually use Egypt Air or Nile Air for this service. Baggage allowance is as follows:

On your last day, we would recommend not booking any outgoing international flight until after 3.00 pm, or consider spending an extra night in Cairo. Our Tour Manager can assist with additional services like accommodation and transfers.
