An Around Egypt Tours representative will meet you at Luxor Airport or Luxor Train Station and escort you to board your Nile Cruise. After you have lunch on board, you will go on a fabulous exploration of the eastern bank of the Nile. in Luxor to the Karnak Temple, the largest ancient religious site in the world. The equestrian-style hall, with its gigantic columns, is one of Egypt's most famous iconic landmarks. There will be free time to explore the different parts of the huge complex built during various reigns of pharaohs. Then, you will go to the majestic Temple of Luxor, which was built by Amenhotep III and Ramses II for the celebration of rituals and festivals and was dedicated to the God Amun. Dinner on board the cruise. You will spend the night in Luxor onboard your cruise.

Day 1: Arrival in Luxor – Nile Cruise Holiday

After breakfast, your tour guide will accompany you to visit the west bank of Luxor. You will tour the royal burial ground of 64 pharaohs in the Valley of the Kings (the original resting place of the world famous boy king Tutankhamen). Afterwards, you will move on to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut (the only pharaoh queen) at Deir-el-Bahari, built in the 15th century BC, and the two gigantic statues of Memnon. (The government determined that the three tombs being visited must be preserved due to the large flow of tourists, therefore their exhibition rotates throughout the year and it is not possible to confirm which tomb will be available before the tour). Finally, after lunch, you will sail towards Edfu while enjoying your dinner on board the cruise.

Day 2: Excursions in Luxor (West Bank attractions)

Once you eat your breakfast on board the cruise, our guide will accompany you to visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu through a Kalesh (horse cart) ride. You will explore the huge Ptolemaic Temple of Horus, which is the most complete and best preserved of all Egyptian temples, made up of many columns, rooms, chambers and chapels. Two statues of Horus flank the entrance gate of the two towers. You will then sail to Kom Ombo to tour the unique Temple of Sobek while having your lunch on the cruise. Finally, you will continue moving towards Aswan in the boat. Dinner on board.

Day 3: Excursions to Temples of Edfu and Kom Ombo

After breakfast, on board the train, your tour guide will accompany you to start your day in Aswan, crossing by boat to the island of Agilkia to visit the Temple of File, dedicated to the goddess Isis, and one of the previously rescued Nubian temples. of the construction of the High Dam. Take in the long colonnades, towers, and reliefs of Philae, including the latest hieroglyphic and demotic descriptions of Egypt. Lunch and dinner on board the luxury cruise. Day 4: Nile Cruise excursions in Aswan

5 days - Luxor to Aswan- Every Monday

An Around Egypt Tours representative will meet you at Aswan Train Station or Aswan Airport, and will then transfer you by private air-conditioned vehicle to your Nile cruise for embarkation in Aswan before lunch. 
After this meal, you will enjoy your visit to the High Dam and the Temple of File on Isis Island. You will then return to your boat. Dinner on board. You will spend the night in Aswan.

Day 1: Boarding / Tour of Aswan

After breakfast, we will have an optional tour of the Abu Simbel Temple. In the afternoon, you will sail to Kom Ombo while having lunch, and there you will visit the temple shared by the two gods Sobek and Haroeris. 
Once you finish, you will go on your boat to Edfu. Dinner on board. You will spend the night in Edfu.

Day 2: Kom Ombo

Once you finish your breakfast on board the cruise, you will visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu. In the afternoon, you will sail towards Esna while enjoying your lunch. 
Then, you will cross the Esna lock to reach Luxor. Next, you will visit the Karnak and Luxor temples on the eastern shore of Luxor. Dinner on board. You will spend the night in Luxor.

Day 3: Edfu and the East Bank

Breakfast on board the cruise before disembarkation. Your private guide will then escort you to visit the West Bank, and tour the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari, and the Colossi of Memnon. 
Later, you will transfer to the Luxor train station or airport for your departure.

Day 4: West bank in Luxor / Cairo

Sail the majestic Nile River Aswan to Luxor in 4 days and visit the ancient Egyptian temples, tombs, and ruins in the area guided by our on-board Egyptologists during the day.
Our guests will also be invited to take part in leisurely activities onboard during the evening. Full Board accommodation on the cruise is included

This deposit forms part of your final payment. The remaining balance can be paid up to a weak prior to your arrival date or in cash upon arrival.
